We are looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join the Medford team. The Senior FP&A Analyst plays a key role in driving financial planning, forecasting, and strategic analysis to support business decision-making. This role partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to provide insights into financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and help shape the company’s financial strategy.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• 5–8+ years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or related field
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in MS Suite; particularly Excel experience with financial systems (e.g., ERP, planning tools)
• Ability to synthesize complex data into clear, concise insights
• Strong business acumen and understanding of financial statements
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools
• Experience with Costpoint or Cognos
• CFA certified

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining financial models to support forecasting and strategic planning
• Analyzing financial results and identifying trends, risks and opportunities
• Preparing weekly reports for the executive leadership team
• Collaborating with the executive leadership team to gather data and align financial goals
• Supporting budgeting and variance analysis across departments
• Presenting financial insights and recommendations to executive leadership team
• Enhancing reporting tools and processes for greater efficiency and accuracy
• Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and business metrics
• Assisting with scenario planning and ad hoc financial analysis projects
