About The Position
STC's Senior FP&A Analyst reports directly to the Finance Director and plays a vital role in the reporting and analysis of financial results to the local management team as well as to the IDEX corporate finance team. This role will collaborate with local management to pull together and publish the monthly and quarterly forecasts, and the annual operating plan (budget). Likewise, you will support the local management team with budget versus actual reports and help them to understand and act to correct variances. The role also is involved with inventory reduction efforts and the valuation of inventory on a periodic basis.
