About The Position

Looking for exposure to all aspects of a business with a high growth strategy? Our client is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join their team and take on the opportunity to engage with leaders across the company and help drive financial performance of the firm. The team is in office 5 days a week.

Requirements

• Bachelors in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
• 3 years of applicable experience in financial modeling and reporting.
• Proficient in PowerBI or other data visualization tools.
• Exceptional skills in analytical thinking, problem-solving and multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial data and assist with budgeting, forecasting and the reporting process.
• Perform analysis to determine drivers of business performance.
• Assist with month-end reporting and prepare monthly actuals-to-forecasts variance analysis.
• Collaborate with operational heads to explain operational results.
