A DAY IN THE LIFE Our Senior Forensic Chemist (Environmental Consulting) position can potentially work out of any of these locations… Remote (United States or Canada); Valley Forge, PA; Little Rock, AR. This position supports senior forensic chemistry leadership on environmental forensic investigations. Work includes contaminant fingerprinting, data interpretation, statistical evaluation, and preparation of defensible scientific outputs for clients, attorneys, and technical stakeholders. As a key member of the Advisory Chemistry Operations team, this role will be responsible for a full range of activities including: Typical clients include multinational corporations, retail, industrial and energy companies, as well as legal firms and others who provide support in these areas. Typical forensic and other consulting projects involve: establishing forensic project objectives with the client, specifying data and related requirements relative to investigative needs, recommending and vetting laboratory providers, ensuring validity and usability of laboratory data, evaluation and interpretation of data/information, development of conclusions and documentation of supporting evidence, written and oral communication of project outcomes.
