The Senior Food Services Site Leader coordinates and participates in quantity preparation, assembly, packaging, cooking, and reheating a wide variety of foods in accordance with planned menus at assigned site(s); lead, assist, and guide the work of assigned staff and student workers; maintain cafeteria operational records and prepare reports, including support with training.

Requirements

  • Any combination of training, experience, and/or education equivalent to one (1) year of experience as a Food Service Worker.
  • Possession of a valid California driver's license and availability of private transportation (mileage expense reimbursement provided).
  • Must successfully pass and maintain an approved food service safety certification examination before being hired into this job class or within sixty (60) days after appointment.

Responsibilities

  • Leads, assists, and guides the work of assigned staff and student workers.
  • Maintains cafeteria operational records and prepare reports, including support with training.
