Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience in mobile app development
3+ years building robust Flutter applications
Deep knowledge of Dart, Flutter SDK, and the ecosystem around it
Proficiency with Android Studio, VS Code, and Git workflows
Strong architectural thinking and experience with scalable app structures
Solid command of async programming, state management, and reactive UIs
Proven track record with in-app purchases and monetization systems
Confident working with Firebase and mobile analytics platforms
Comfortable collaborating in a remote, multicultural team
Proactive mindset, attention to detail, and ownership mentality

Nice To Haves

Experience building native iOS apps in Swift? That’s a big plus.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain fast, high-quality Flutter apps across iOS and Android
Architect scalable, maintainable solutions using BLoC, Provider, or similar pattern
Write clean, async Dart code and keep performance rock solid
Implement in-app purchases and fine-tune monetization flows
Integrate RESTful APIs with thoughtful error handling and data parsing
Leverage Firebase tools (Firestore, Remote Config, Analytics, etc.)
Lead testing efforts - unit tests, widget tests, performance checks
Work closely with product, design, and engineering from idea to release
Contribute to code reviews, maintain clean Git workflows, and keep the codebase sharp
Stay on top of Flutter updates, tools, and best practices
