A DAY IN THE LIFE Lead, train and develop the Flight Representative team by setting clear expectations, recognizing strong performance and addressing issues proactively. Build and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with ACS Private Jets teams. Design and deliver structured training, onboarding programs and operational standards Develop and maintain training checklists, onboarding guides, and clear “what to do and what not to do” standards to support representative professionalism and performance. Provide hands-on operational support before, during and after flights. Continuously refine training processes to improve service quality, reduce errors, and strengthen the overall capability of the Flight Representative team. Lead strategic projects to support the growth of the Flight Representative department across the U.S. and Canada, Act as the primary escalation point during live operations and develop FBO relationships nationwide. Oversee the maintenance of accurate monthly records and reporting on Flight Representative coverage across the U.S. and Canada Strengthen collaboration with Jet Card Managers to ensure consistent execution, reliable communication, and a high-quality experience for Jet Card clients. Follow company procedures methodically to safeguard both ACS and its clients.
