About The Position

Sarmad is seeking a Senior Fintech or SaaS Telesales Specialist to join our sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and closing sales through effective telesales strategies targeted at fintech and SaaS customers. You will manage outbound calls, follow up on inbound inquiries, and develop strong relationships with potential clients to drive revenue growth. This position requires excellent communication skills, a keen understanding of fintech and SaaS markets, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales targets.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in telesales, preferably in fintech or SaaS industries.
  • Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated with strong target and result orientation.
  • Good organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound telesales calls to prospective fintech and SaaS clients.
  • Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Qualify leads and identify customer needs to present suitable solutions.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize telesales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with fintech and SaaS industry trends and competitor offerings.
  • Provide feedback and insights from customers to improve product offerings.
