What you’ll accomplish with us As a Senior Financial Systems Analyst, you’ll be at the core of our mission. Here are the main responsibilities: Financial systems administration including setting up new accounts, managing roles, permissions and systems changes. Build consistency & efficiency by troubleshooting reported system issues and evaluating current processes for possible improvements. Work with finance and accounting to gather business requirements for system enhancements or implementations. Collaborate with systems vendor to provide support when escalating system issues or requests is required. Run validations and design automated processes to support data accuracy, security, and compliance with internal controls and external regulations (e.g., 52-109, IFRS, STAT). What could accelerate your success in this role We’re looking for someone who: Is known for their ability to effectively juggle multiple projects Stands out for their political acumen, empathy and ability to self-reflect Demonstrates a basic understanding of accounting principles and practices. Is recognized for their initiative, critical thinking and problem solving. Has 3-6 years of previous experience Has experience working in financial systems to include change management, ITGC's and controls and knows how to get the most out of them. Additional Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, information systems, or related field.
