Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
- 5+ years of experience with financial systems or ERP administration (Deltek preferred).
- Strong SQL, reporting, and data analysis skills.
- Excellent understanding of accounting and project financial processes.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Knowledge of data governance, automation tools, and audit compliance.
Nice To Haves
- Deltek certification or related credentials preferred.
- Experience with EleVia, OneStream, or Workday integrations preferred.
Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert for Deltek Vantagepoint and add-on functionality including Electronic Invoicing (EI), A/P Approvals (PAT), and A/R Statements (ARM).
- Support the configuration, maintenance, and reporting of financial systems
- Administer security, maintain documentation, and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Document and maintain knowledge of all system customizations
- Support application integrations across Workday, OneStream, and other systems; ensure data accuracy and process efficiency.
- Develop SQL queries and dashboards using Power BI and SQL Server Management Studio.
- Collaborate with internal customers to optimize workflows and reporting solutions.
- Act as liaison with vendors (e.g., EleVia) for case management, upgrades, and performance reviews.
- Provide training, SOPs, and support for system updates and user adoption.
- Partner with the Director of Financial Systems to prioritize enhancements, manage upgrades, and lead process improvement initiatives.
