About The Position

Job Summary: Core Duties: Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple audits and reviews throughout the year. Perform detailed preparation and review of workpapers. Assist with annual SOX compliance work. Aid in the preparation of all SEC filings. Assist in drafting monthly internal reporting. Learn to monitor international reporting requirements for our rapidly growing, multinational, SEC-reporting entity. Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure ongoing compliance with internal controls. Develop training documents for departmental tasks to facilitate cross-training and improve task transitions. Undertake periodic special projects as they arise. Other duties as assigned. Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; CPA strongly preferred; minimum 2 years' progressive accounting experience or a strong desire to learn more about technical accounting. Previous experience in both public accounting and private industry is valued, with a focus on leading audits from the client perspective. Strong sense of task-ownership and curiosity to learn new skills. Excellent analytical, creative problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills. Experience with SOX compliance preferred but not required. Career progression demonstrating initiative to be an active problem solver. Strong accounting acumen. Experience with consolidated financial statements in a publicly traded company preferred. Strong advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is mandatory. Ability to work independently with limited supervision. Strong desire to work in a rapidly growing and complex organization. Positive attitude, sense of humor, and ability to reprioritize tasks quickly. Proven ability to excel in a team environment. Commitment to professionalism in all interactions. Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills. Multi-lingual abilities are a plus.
