About The Position

The Boeing Company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) Integrator based out of Seattle, WA . The selected candidate will provide financial analysis, integration and reporting for the Boeing Global Services (BGS) Cabin, Modifications, Maintenance and Digital Services (CMM&DS) portfolio. This role involves close collaboration with Senior Managers and the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the business. It encompasses Income Statement management, cash flow and working capital oversight, investor relations and executive reporting, monthly forecasting, and long-range business planning.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or higher
  • 5+ years of experience in finance
  • Experience presenting to senior leaders and executives

  • Experience with Boeing finance systems such as Enterprise Planning and Analysis System (EPAS)

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key finance focal point within the BGS-Commercial division for integrating complex program financials and conducting ad hoc analysis
  • Lead the development of the annual long-range business plan (LRBP), monthly forecasts, and variance analysis, requiring collaboration across the diverse programs within the business
  • Maintain visibility with the CFO, acting as a trusted advisor and utilizing critical thinking to offer financial performance projections and actionable recommendations
  • Build partnerships with program leadership, peers, and functional leaders to ensure alignment with financial objectives
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing best practices to enhance quality, efficiency, and forecast accuracy
