About The Position
Plays a critical role in driving the organization's financial strategy by analyzing data to support informed decision-making. Develops and manages budgets, forecasts, and financial models that guide business performance and growth. Involves monitoring financial outcomes against targets, identifying improvement opportunities, and preparing comprehensive reports for senior management and stakeholders. Collaborates with cross-functional teams and ensuring compliance with financial regulations are key aspects of this role, along with supporting the implementation of financial systems and process enhancements.
Requirements
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) or a related field
- Demonstrated expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams
- Experience supporting or leading financial systems implementation and optimization

- Knowledge of healthcare finance, including reimbursement models and regulatory considerations preferred
Responsibilities
- Partner with business executives to support pro forma development and strategic financial planning
- Strengthen cost accounting support and enhance interpretation of financial data for end users
- Drive financial strategy through data analysis and actionable insights
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning
- Monitor financial performance against targets and identify opportunities for improvement
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports for senior leadership and key stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and informed decision-making
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations, policies, and internal controls
- Support the implementation and optimization of financial systems and tools
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and reporting capabilities
