About The Position

This role serves as a strategic financial consultant to our contact center leaders, providing financial analysis and guidance for high-impact decisions including new strategic initiatives, business case development, profitability, and investment/divestiture opportunities. Leads financial performance reviews, prepares executive-level insights, and owns the development of short- and long-term forecasts and the annual financial plan. Operates with a high degree of independence and strategic influence. This role ensures accurate financial reporting, contributes to tactical execution, and helps align financials with operational goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in financial-related discipline, or equivalent education and related training 3-5 years of experience in financial management at a large financial institution.
  • Strong work ethic and unyielding commitment to quality.
  • Strong verbal and written skills; ability to communicate effectively with subordinates, peers, and superiors within the Corporation, as well as appropriate individuals external to the Corporation.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in basic computer applications, such as Microsoft Office software products.

Nice To Haves

  • Eight years of relevant accounting or finance experience that includes complex financial analysis.
  • Certified Public Accountant, Certified Management Accountant, or Chartered Financial Analyst
  • Master's degree or MBA
  • Specific financial services or call center support
  • Proficient in Essbase/Hyperion, EPM/BPC, or other enterprise accounting software.
  • Experience with macros/VBA.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance. Proactive in completing tasks and producing deliverables.
  • Sound and comprehensive understanding of business and organizational strategies and processes. Ability to build consensus through communication and presentation of factual and relevant information.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Sound and logical decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work well with others in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with GAAP. High proficiency in computer applications such as Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and other basic software products. Financial Modeling experience.
  • Prior call center support experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide financial leadership and contribute to tactical execution and planning.
  • Lead financial performance reviews and prepare executive-level financial insights.
  • Own development of short- and long-term forecasts and the annual financial plan in collaboration with call center leaders
  • Provide financial guidance for new initiatives, business case development, and investment opportunities.
  • Ensure data integrity, reporting accuracy and develop cost allocations
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal financial controls.
