About The Position

The Senior Financial Center Associate assists the Financial Center Manager in maintaining bank operations and supporting Private Client Groups and clients in accordance with all applicable Bank policy and procedures. This role involves a variety of tasks that ensure the smooth operation of the financial center and the satisfaction of clients.

Requirements

• High School / High School Equivalency (GED, HiSET, TASC) / Foreign Equivalent
• Minimum of 2+ years in financial services (ex Teller)

Nice To Haves

• Experience as supervisor/team lead in a branch setting preferred
• Knowledge of business accounts and wire transfers

Responsibilities

• Assists in Financial Center operations tasks: POD scanning, review teller work, invoice payment, financial center proof, daily/monthly financial center reports, monthly audits, etc.
• Supports tellers and provides feedback.
• Acts as a back-up to Financial Center Manager, assisting with opening and closing the Financial Center, facilities issues, and training of new hires.
• May open as a Head Teller/Teller and perform all teller functions as needed.
• Provides ongoing servicing relationship with clients and responds to inquiries and requests regarding accounts.
• Assists Private Client Groups with client relationships including wire transfers, new account paperwork, foreign wires, collections, etc.
• Assists back office personnel in resolving operational issues, including proof, investigations, and wire transfer requests.
• Assists financial center management with a variety of projects.
• Completes ongoing training as required - Compliance, HR, etc.
• Performs special projects and additional duties and responsibilities as required.
