About The Position

Join the dynamic Finance Shared Services billing team and be the heartbeat of our operations. Manage incoming requests ensuring colleagues and clients receive responsive, and diligent support for a variety of revenue-impacting transactions. You will help lead and deliver unparalleled client satisfaction and help monitor, process, implement, and record complex transactions with precision and exceptional problem-solving abilities.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience in billing, accounting, business, math, statistics and/or finance.
  • Microsoft Excel (including large data sets, Macros, V Look-up, and Pivot tables).
  • Bachelor's degree, or an equivalent combination of education and military experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Order-to-Cash experience within an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) platform (SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Leadership experience or Military experience.
  • Attention to detail and standard operating procedures.
  • Experience performing business analysis tasks related to client databases, billing history, research, and invoice posting.
  • Experience in validating billing feeds and trend analysis.
  • Experience ensuring accuracy and timeliness in client billing.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare analysis and reporting on month-end close processes for invoicing and financial systems processes.
  • Map new products or expansion plans in collaboration with Credit, Debit, Fraud, Voice, Network, Merchant, and Output Services divisions.
  • Engage in quarterly and annual audit reviews.
  • Represent in projects for migration, integration, and shared services strategies.
  • Conduct recovery of automated billing files, billing accuracy testing, and validation of results.
  • Prepare quantitative analysis, synthesize data and sales information, and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Identify efficiencies and process improvements for invoicing completeness and accuracy.
