About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst position at Ivoclar Vivadent, Inc. in Amherst, NY involves analyzing sales performance, developing KPIs, and supporting the sales team with monthly dashboards and reports. Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required; Finance, Accounting or Economics concentration preferred.
  • 3-5 years of relevant financial analysis and reporting experience required.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills required, including extensive use of pivot tables and macros.
  • Proficient MS PowerPoint skills required.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills required.

Nice To Haves

  • SAP/BW and/or Salesforce experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales performance and develop KPIs, reviewing sales by region, product category, and dealer.
  • Support the sales team by developing and delivering monthly dashboards and reports to sales leadership.
  • Create and distribute the daily sales report for Canada and US Operations.
  • Participate in the annual commission plan design cycle and perform detailed analysis of potential plan improvements.
  • Partner with Finance and Sales Leadership teams to create annual and semi-annual sales incentive targets.
  • Process high and complex volume of data into various systems to generate commission and bonus payroll information.
  • Build monthly reports that provide insight into plan performance and interpret data for Sales Leadership.
  • Effectively communicate with sales force and executive leadership on sales force incentive matters.
  • Work closely with the global IT development team to maintain and improve ERP integration and reporting.
  • Research and analyze corrective actions for commission adjustments and bonus payments.
  • Create and maintain incentive plan policies and guidelines.
