About The Position

This position is centered on delivering financial support and strategic analysis for several divisions within Fidelity’s Asset Management organization. The role involves partnering with teams across diverse product lines, including High Income and Alternatives—covering Private Credit, High Yield, Emerging Market Debt, Bank Loans, and Real Estate Income; Fidelity Asset Management Solutions (FAMS)—which oversees Target Date strategies, U.S. and Canadian Asset Allocation; and Fidelity Digital Asset Management (FDAM)—focused on Crypto Funds, Tokenization, and Blockchain initiatives. Core responsibilities include leading financial planning efforts for annual operating plans, budgets, and multi-year forecasts, as well as developing business case models and maintaining performance scorecards for each division. The role also entails evaluating business performance, synthesizing complex data sets, and producing insightful analyses that support senior management presentations and drive strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance (or equivalent field) with 5+ years of experience or Master's degree with 4+ years of experience.
• Proven track record of strong critical thinking, problem solving, decision-making, and analytical capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate sophisticated financial information to influence executive decision making.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and presentation tools.
• Strong software skills with emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Anaplan.
• Ability to take initiative and seek creative solutions that challenge conventional approaches.
