About The Position

Integrated Real Estate Group is a fully integrated service company providing development, construction, property management, architectural, & engineering management services in the Dallas Fort Worth Area. IREG has developed, owned and managed thousands of senior housing and multifamily properties over our 20 year history. Integrated Construction and Development is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our fast-paced and growing team in Southlake, Texas.

Requirements

• About 5+ years' Financial Analysis experience is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Finance, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, etc REQUIRED.
• Experience with Multi-family and/ or Senior Housing underwriting REQUIRED.
• Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel.
• Organized and Detailed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications
• Writing Skills: Ability to read, analyze and interpret real estate leases, contracts, loan agreements, partnership agreements, professional journals and governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, and business correspondence, effectively present information and respond to questions from Company’s Board and Senior Management.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to calculate and explain complex deal structures, joint venture waterfalls, create proforma cash flows and valuation models, debt structures and associated un-leveraged and leveraged internal rates of return, equity multiples etc.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with Commercial Real Estate Finance/Analysis is preferred (Retail, Hotel, Multifamily and Office experience preferred).

Responsibilities

• Prepare underwriting models for the acquisition, development, and disposition of various real estate investments.
• Updating financial models and budgets for existing projects.
• Assist with development and acquisition due diligence.
• Analysis and interaction with property managers, leasing agents, attorneys, title companies, insurance companies, tax consultants, brokers, borrowers, and client representatives.
• Conduct in-depth research on market analysis for each asset class.
