This individual will take ownership of reporting and operations for claim volume, revenue, headcount and associated expenses. The ideal candidate will bring a robust background in Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A), including expertise in detailed analyses, financial modeling, and process improvements. Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 4 years related experience required.
Strong Excel and financial management software skills are essential.

Nice To Haves

Degree in Accounting or Finance: A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related field is preferred.
3 years of experience in FP&A preferred
Advanced Excel Skills: Demonstrated expertise in Excel, including experience with financial modeling and complex data analysis.
Experience with Data Visualization Tools: Proficiency with Tableau and/or Power BI for creating insightful reports and dashboards.
Process Improvement Experience: Proven track record in identifying and implementing process improvements and automating workflows.
Detailed Analytical Experience: Strong background in performing detailed financial analyses to support decision-making.
Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Experience: Relevant experience in FP&A roles, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Compiles and analyzes financial information for an organization.
Develops integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations.
Creates and analyzes monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensures financial information has been recorded accurately.
Identifies trends and developments in competitive environments and presents findings to senior management.
Performs financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of tasks.
Leads and directs the work of others.
May manage/coordinate the work of more junior staff.
