In this position, you will develop scalable financial controllership frameworks that grow independently of building count and support the transformation from a site-centric to hub-based structure. You'll translate complex operational metrics into actionable financial insights, balance standardization with network-specific needs, and contribute to AI-enabled finance transformation initiatives that have tangible business impact. A day in the life Your day begins with analyzing operational data to identify cost optimization opportunities across the nIXD network. You'll spend time developing or refining AI-powered dashboards that automatically detect anomalies and visualize trends. Throughout the day, you'll partner with operations teams to validate business assumptions, contribute to automated reporting systems, and participate in cross-functional councils where you'll provide financial perspectives on placement and quality strategy decisions. You'll balance your analytical work with collaborative sessions, driving data quality improvements and system integration while validating productivity metrics. About the team Our team supports the nIXD network, playing a critical role as financial advocates and business partners. We design, develop, and maintain performance measurements and reporting on strategic input drivers to continuously improve the economics of the business. Team members partner closely with a broad range of Senior Leaders in Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Technology. The team culture emphasizes data-driven decision making, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. Requirements

• 3+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field
• 3+ years of participating in continuous improvement projects in your team to scale and improve controllership with measurable results experience
• Experience working with large-scale data mining and reporting tools (examples: SQL, MS Access, Essbase, Cognos) and other financial systems (examples: Oracle, SAP, Lawson, JD Edwards)
