About The Position

This is a high-impact finance business partner role supporting the HTT entity within the Parts segment. You will serve as the lead financial advisor to HTT leadership, influencing operational and commercial decisions, shaping forecasts and plans, and ensuring financial clarity and rigor across a complex manufacturing and aftermarket environment. You will also have meaningful visibility with executive leadership and regular exposure to Board-level reporting.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in FP&A, operations finance, or commercial finance.
  • Strong Excel and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong Power Bi skills.

  • Manufacturing, MRO, or industrial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Lead finance partnership for HTT across Finance, Operations, SIOP, and Business Development.
  • Own monthly estimates, quarterly forecasts, and annual budget includes P&L, CF, and BS.
  • Prepare and analyze 13 weeks CF for HTT Unit.
  • Drive variance analysis and performance insight versus budget, prior year, and forecast.
  • Track production, cost, and commercial sales performance; surface risks and opportunities (Multi site / multi product environment).
  • Partner with Parts Segment Leader on financial planning and execution.
  • Prepare and present executive and Board-level financial materials.
  • Coordinate with Shared Services to ensure timely and accurate month-end close.
  • Own CFIN (Chromalloy Financial Intelligence) part‑level sales, cost, and margin data across all sites, including data loading, validation, and cleansing.
  • Own CPEX (Chromalloy Performance excellence) consolidation, collecting site inputs, rolling up total Chromalloy results, and summarizing savings and headwinds.
  • Support audits and ad-hoc financial analysis.
