Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics preferred.
• 5+ years in analytical roles with proven ability to influence business decisions.
• Experience managing multiple projects and timelines.
• Strong financial and analytical skills.
• Ability to plan, prioritize, and manage workload in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Financial & Analytical Expertise: Strong ability to analyze trade performance, ROI, and promotional profitability.
• Critical Thinking & Problem-Solving: Draw conclusions from data and develop actionable recommendations.
• Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively across Sales, Strategy, and Finance teams; influence decisions.
• Business Acumen: Understand trade marketing, pricing strategies, and long-term value creation.

• Technical Skills: Moderate to Advanced Excel proficiency; ability to manage complex data sets and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted finance partner to Sales and Strategy teams.
• Analyze trade performance and ROI for customers/events; recommend actions to improve profitability.
• Manage trade spending within set parameters; lead monthly reviews and corrective actions.
• Support annual trade strategies aligned with brand and corporate goals.
• Oversee monthly trade forecast process, ensuring accuracy and alignment.
• Deliver ad hoc financial analysis to support key initiatives and process improvements.
• Build strong relationships across all levels to provide timely insights and guidance.
