Role Overview The Senior Analyst, Finance Business Partner partners closely with operations, improving profitability, driving insights, and supporting operational excellence. The position is best suited for a strategic and analytical thinker who is intellectually curious and has a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail. Experience with business partnership is a plus — you’ll be a thought partner focused on helping our team drive margin improvement, productivity, and scalable growth across the enterprise. Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree with a major in finance and/or accounting
  • At least 5 years of financial analysis experience
  • Have excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of accounting processes, procedure and internal controls
  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel; expert Excel modeling skills strongly preferred; R experience a plus
  • Demonstrated excellent project management skills, ability to manage and manipulate large data sets, critically analyze existing processes, and identify opportunities for process improvement
  • Ability to succeed in a team environment
  • Maintain a high attention to detail in everything you do
  • Have a high degree of comfort with ambiguity and balancing multiple priorities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field
  • 2+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Finance Business Partnering, or Commercial Finance
  • Experience supporting multiple business leaders in a complex, growth-oriented environment
  • Proactive thought leader with an ownership mentality, adaptable to evolving work and new challenges
  • Advanced Excel modeling and analytical skills; experience with planning systems
  • Critical thinker with strong financial acumen, driving a deep understanding of operational drivers and unit economics
  • Strong communicator with ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights across all levels
  • Comfortable working with multiple business functions in a complex, growth-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with Peoplesoft is also a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted finance partner to Operations, driving strong collaboration cross-functionally with Sales, Supply Chain, and other key functions
  • Prepare accurate and concise executive-ready financial reporting on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
  • Develop KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance and identify risks and opportunities – partner with BI, Systems, and IT teams to improve automation, data quality, and insight delivery
  • Own financial models, planning tools, and reporting outputs in support of key planning and forecasting processes throughout the year
  • Support investor presentations and executive materials, as well as ad hoc requests from executive leadership, including new customer contracts, renewals, and pricing strategies.
  • Continuously enhance finance processes to support scaling, efficiency, and operational excellence
