About The Position

Erickson Senior Living is one of the largest and fastest growing senior living managers and developers in the nation. In anticipation of this growth we are adding support to our corporate financial team. We are looking for a Senior Financial Analyst, FP&A who will have a focus on the new real estate development side of the company, and will be responsible for a wide variety of duties ranging from project underwriting to working with banks on construction financing and appraisals. The Sr. Financial Analyst, FP&A plays a key role in enhancing management’s understanding of financial results and aiding decision making through well-articulated communications and analysis skills. This role requires a strong working knowledge of financial concepts and the ability to partner with leaders from various disciplines. Requirements

  • Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in quantitative finance or treasury, preferably in model development and validation
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with database management systems preferred
  • Experience in commercial/residential real estate development and/or corporate finance preferred

Responsibilities

  • Financial Modeling & Cash Forecasting
  • Maintain accuracy of corporate cash forecast and liquidity model
  • Work with banks on construction loan requests and miscellaneous financial requests
  • Provide analysis to support management decisions in construction costs, trend analysis, new site evaluations, market analysis, budgetary decisions
  • Recognizes opportunities for process improvements
  • Perform analysis establishing clear process performance objectives
  • Create reports to track key parameters and metrics to assess progress of change initiatives
