About The Position

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you’ll play a key role in driving the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function across our dynamic hospitality portfolio. This is more than crunching numbers—you’ll partner with leaders across Business Development, Commercial Services, and Operations to deliver insights that directly shape our business performance and long-term growth.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
7+ years of progressive experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or related role.
Strong foundation in accounting (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; BI tool experience a plus (ProfitSword, Vena,PMS, POS, Sales systems).
Exceptional analytical skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts to leadership.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
A commitment to confidentiality, integrity, and continuous learning.

Nice To Haves

Hospitality industry experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain financial models, reports, and dashboards that support smarter decision-making.
Analyze past and present results, uncover trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and forward-looking projections.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather insights and align on strategic initiatives.
Monitor performance versus forecast, investigate variances, and present findings to leadership.
Support strategic decision-making with research, benchmarking, and industry insights.
Safeguard the accuracy and integrity of financial data across systems.
