About The Position

This Senior Financial Analyst will lead planning cycles, develop complex models, and deliver actionable insights to drive business performance. This role partners closely with stakeholders and supports strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Typically has Bach. +4 yrs; Masters +2 yrs
• Attends company training and regional training in area of expertise.
• Presents own work to members of department and external consultants and external professional meetings
• Requires proficiency using AI tools skillfully with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents.
• Advanced financial modeling and forecasting skills.
• Experience leading budgeting cycles and preparing executive-level reports.
• Strong business acumen and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Proficiency in financial systems and planning platforms.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly forecasting and annual budgeting processes for assigned departments or functions.
• Develop and maintain complex financial models including scenario and sensitivity analyses.
• Provide detailed variance analysis with strategic commentary for leadership reviews.
• Partner with business leaders to support decision-making and resource allocation.
• Identify and implement process improvements to streamline reporting and planning.
• Support financial system upgrades or enhancements by testing and validating data flows.
• Prepare executive-level presentations and dashboards for performance reviews.
