JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY: The Senior Finance Analyst will provide accounting and finance services in support of the organization’s business objectives. This role will perform general accounting, journal entries and account reconciliations; assist in the monthly close process; manage monthly lease accounting process; provide information for management through presentation of financial statements and analysis reports. The Senior Finance Analyst will assist in administering consolidation software and processes utilizing OneStream. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive, and other duties may be assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  • Four or more years of relevant experience in accounting
  • Familiarity with U.S. accounting regulations (GAAP)
  • Experience with financial statement reporting
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Maturity, professionalism, and high level of discretion are required.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with OneStream consolidation tool and/or CoStar
  • Experience with Oracle JDE general ledger
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

Responsibilities

  • Partner with internal and external customers to lead and grow the business; assist in analyzing and preparing monthly results for management; interact with other departments on business issues that impact financial reporting.
  • Administer and oversee the ASC 842 lease accounting system, CoStar, and related processes.
  • Responsible for monthly close process for assigned areas and business segments, including account reconciliation and review monthly financial reporting package.
  • Assist in preparing monthly and quarterly financial statements, ad hoc reporting analysis, and quarterly and annual footnote reporting.
  • Assist in administering financial reporting consolidation system, OneStream.
  • Assist in ad hoc projects including the upcoming DISE accounting standard
  • Assist in the management and administration of business systems and procedures; perform testing and update Sarbanes-Oxley process documentation for changes affecting internal controls.

  • Identify and support continuous improvement projects.
