Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
5 -7 years of Accounting/Finance experience
FP&A, cost accounting, and inventory analysis within a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

Consolidate, analyze, and present monthly/quarterly financial results, including P&L and Balance Sheet variance explanations, for division and corporate review.
Oversee cost accounting functions, including standard rate calculations, overhead allocation, inventory forecasting, and ensuring compliance with SOX requirements. Evaluate and improve existing accounting systems and procedures.
Streamline the reporting of daily/weekly operational and financial metrics, supporting management teams with data extraction, report writing, and continuous process improvements.
Coordinate month -end close activities, manage multiple concurrent projects, and provide ad -hoc reporting and analysis as needed for strategic decision -making.
