About The Position

We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will play a key role in supporting financial planning, performance management, and value creation initiatives within the company. This role partners with commercial leadership and operational teams to deliver timely, actionable financial insights. The Senior Financial Analyst will support core FP&A activities - including budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, KPI reporting, and financial modeling - in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment. The ideal candidate brings strong attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, robust analytical skills, and a self-starting attitude. This is a hybrid role, and you must live in the Twin Cities, MN area to be considered for this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field required.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance, or related field.
  • Advanced Excel skills; experience with Power BI tools highly preferred.
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analytical skills with attention to detail required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to clearly distill complex financial information for business partnership.
  • Strong work ethic, intellectual curiosity, and time management skills.

Responsibilities

  • Support annual budgeting process, performance tracking, and variance analysis.
  • Build reporting and dashboards using visualization tools and various data sources to help drive business decisions.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting packages for executive leadership and stakeholders.
  • Partner with operations, sales, and leadership to understand key business drivers and translate them into financial plans.
  • Act as a finance partner to operations and commercial leaders, providing insight into profitability and performance.
  • Present financial results and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
  • Identify and support improvements to FP&A processes, reporting cadence, and analytical tools.
  • Improve data accuracy, timeliness, and transparency to support rapid decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Accounting and Data teams to ensure alignment between financial results and management reporting.
  • Support and adhere to all safety procedures and complete all required safety training.
  • Identify and support improvement opportunities for processes to support company objectives and customer expectations.
