About The Position

As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will be reporting to the Senior Manager, Management Reporting, and assist with the development and delivery of all enterprise-level management reporting. This includes monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reporting packages for executive leadership and the Board of Directors. You will help shape the financial narrative of the bank by consolidating financial results, identifying key performance drivers, and delivering insights that support strategic decision-making. You will also assist with the preparation of Board materials, support strategic planning efforts, and drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and data governance. Success in this role requires strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively. Assist with the delivery of all monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc management reporting packages for executive leadership and FP&A leadership. Lead the preparation and coordination of Board of Directors financial presentations. Partner with Investor Relations to ensure alignment between internal reporting and external disclosures. Support the consolidation of financial results across business units and analyze key performance drivers. Maintain reporting templates and dashboards to support strategic planning and performance tracking. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of financial data used in reporting and presentations. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting efficiency and data governance. Support senior leadership with ad-hoc financial analysis and insights to inform decision-making.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
  • 4+ years of progressive experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, or corporate finance
  • Strong understanding of financial statement consolidation and performance analysis
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with cross functional stakeholders
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to distill complex financial data into clear, actionable insights

  • Experience in banking or financial services industry is preferred
