Explore more at intelashealth.com.Job SummaryThis position reports to the Senior Finance Manager of Intelas and will partner with operations to build new insights and analytics for the business. The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in performing the majority of the reporting for the sector. This position is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of analytics, operations, and strategic decision making. The applicant should be comfortable working in a fast-paced and flexible environment. The ability to work across teams effectively is critical to the success of this position.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or equivalent
  • 4+ years in in financial planning, analysis, and/or modeling
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and BI Tools: ability to navigate, modify, and develop reports is essential
  • Experience in Finance and Accounting roles should include FP&A, Decision Support, and/or P&L accountability for key operations, functions, or business units within a company
  • Can build relationships and influence people across all levels in a matrix organization
  • Comfortable working with and influencing senior leaders.
  • Ability to assess risks and opportunities within complex business situations.
  • Personal qualities: Action-oriented, resilient, curious, flexible, positive, collaborative.
  • Detail-oriented and able to perform in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent customer service skills and a can-do attitude
  • Knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles a must

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP is preferred.
  • Healthcare Industry experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis, reporting, and interpretation of monthly results for Intelas.
  • Develop and maintain robust reports to identify cost drivers, trends, and risks.
  • Provide clear, actionable insights to operations and Finance leadership to support cost management initiatives and communicate financial implications with clarity and confidence.
  • Enhance financial tools, Business Intelligence Dashboards and reporting frameworks to improve visibility and decision making.
  • Analyze forecasts and trends to identify financial issues and recommend solutions
  • Assist with forecasting, budget creation, financial guidance and training
  • Assist with month end close process including creation of journal entries (Accruals/Transfers) in SAP
