Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related area.
• 8+ years of relevant finance experience, including experience reporting revenue and business trends.
• Advanced Excel and business modeling skills.
• Experience with ERP systems and Business Intelligence applications (Power BI).
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Self-motivated and logical problem solver with a strong willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain revenue models for the Americas region and consolidate the global forecast for management reporting.
• Enhance reporting function by automating dashboards related to revenue, margin, operating expenses, headcount, and capital.
• Interact with global accounting and financial partners to maintain proper financial processes, procedures, and controls.
• Handle business case modeling to support Customer Care initiatives such as Contract Manufacturing expansion, Buy vs. Make analysis, and ROI.
