About The Position
Redis is looking for a highly skilled and motivated Senior Financial Analyst to join our Go-To-Market FP&A team. As an Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the organization in its top-line growth & efficiency. You will report to a Sr. Manager of FP&A to collaborate with our Customer Success & Marketing organizations to drive critical business outcomes. The ideal candidate is a hands-on self-starter with strong financial modeling, analytics, and communication skills. You will have experience with high-growth SaaS companies and leverage an in depth understanding of standard SaaS metrics to help the organization grow efficiently. You must have high integrity and an ability to operate in a fast-paced environment.
