About The Position
Join our finance team as a Senior Financial Analyst supporting a clinical region, where you'll play a key role in driving financial accountability and strategic decision-making through detailed data analysis, reporting, and modeling. The Senior Financial Analyst is responsible for managing the month-end close process for a clinical region, analyzing financial data to provide meaningful insights, and supporting operational and strategic decisions. You will collaborate with business partners, evaluate historical and current data, and interpret industry and legislative trends to produce actionable deliverables that inform leadership and improve financial performance. Your expertise in data analysis, financial modeling, and reporting will ensure accurate, timely, and insightful financial information supporting IU Health's mission and strategic objectives.
