About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst plays a crucial role within the WI Finance Team, delivering significant financial insights and analysis to aid in organizational decision-making. This role provides a wide range of analytics, financial management, and business partnership support sought at driving improved outcomes and enhancing overall financial performance. As a strategic contributor, the senior analyst plays a significant role in advancing Finance's efforts to support the growth and development of the business.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or Economics; MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of related work experience.
• Proven knowledge of financial modeling, presentation, and data visualization tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Thinkcell, Tableau, Business Objects, Anaplan).
• Ability to craft presentations for senior management.
• Intellectually curious, self-starter who takes initiative and learns quickly.
• Detailed knowledge of financial concepts, methodologies, and accounting principles.
• Excellent written and verbal interpersonal skills.

• Communicate proactively and partner with business and Finance teams.
