About The Position

The Senior Financial Analyst will support the North America Personal Care business with a focus on Supply Chain and Cost of Sales. This position provides financial leadership to the business team and acts as an indispensable partner in achievement of business objectives. In this role, you will influence the organization in a way that balances market share, top-line growth, profitability, and balance sheet efficiency to create long-term shareholder value. You will identify relevant issues, clarify strategic choices, and bring a point of view to the table that influences the direction of the organization. Proactively bringing forward insights and ideas, you will drive and lead initiatives that matter across the business, taking accountability to deliver results that have a meaningful impact on the success of Kimberly-Clark. You will provide brand leadership with financial counsel by supplying meaningful analysis and articulating choices relative to current performance, projected business plans, innovation pipeline, and other discrete projects. Cultivating a cross-functional network, you will develop a deep understanding of the Supply Chain and business strategies, leveraging your expertise to drive accuracy and continuous improvement of forecasting processes. You will act as a source of business knowledge and problem-solving capabilities to ensure sound analyses and recommendations across a wide range of business decisions, including market growth, innovation, go-to-market strategies, and investments. Embracing a continuous improvement mindset, you will improve the quality and productivity of the Finance team while ensuring the application of corporate financial controls through effective communication, implementation, and audit of control procedures.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field.
  • 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience.
  • Demonstrated organizational skills to manage workload and priorities.
  • Ability to utilize strategic corporate tools and processes for data analysis.
  • Strong oral, written, and presentation skills.
  • Advanced computer skills using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Developed interpersonal skills to function as part of multiple teams.
