About The Position

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Analyst to join our G&A finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the financial operations related to the company's General and Administrative functions. This role requires a strong understanding of financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on G&A expense management
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proficiency in financial modeling and Microsoft Excel. Experience working in Hyperion is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
• Demonstrated process improvement and project management skills

Responsibilities

• Manage the financial planning and analysis process for G&A expenses, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting
• Partner with department heads to develop and track departmental budgets, identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements
• Analyze G&A expense trends and variances, providing insights and recommendations to the business partners and senior management
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports related to G&A expenses
• Assist in the development of financial models and scenarios to support strategic decision-making
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve financial performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
• Participate in ad-hoc projects and initiatives as needed
