About the position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst (Data and Systems) to join our dynamic Revenue FP&A team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial planning and analysis, data analysis, data visualization, and machine learning. This role will be responsible for managing and analyzing large datasets related to customer transactions and behavior to drive accurate revenue forecasts, developing and maintaining dashboards and reports in Power BI, and driving continuous improvement and automation of forecasting models and processes. As part of the Revenue FP&A team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our revenue forecasting capabilities and providing actionable insights to drive strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and analyze large datasets related to customer transactions and behavior.
  • Identify trends and anomalies in transaction data to improve forecasting accuracy.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports in Power BI to provide actionable insights.
  • Support the implementation of predictive, machine-driven modeling for transaction volume and revenue forecasting.
  • Collaborate with business partners to understand key drivers of volume and revenue performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Participate in regular team meetings to share insights, discuss challenges, and ensure alignment across all revenue streams.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and financial forecasting.

Requirements

  • Strong data analysis skills, including SQL and large-scale data processing techniques.
  • Strong financial planning and forecasting skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Expertise in Power BI and other data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial planning software (e.g., Adaptive Insights, Anaplan).
  • Knowledge of machine learning, predictive modeling and statistical analysis is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build strong working relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
