The Senior Financial Analyst - System Administrator is responsible for supporting the EPM to OneStream migration and maintaining financial systems through metadata/dimension updates, report/template refreshes, logic and security maintenance, and scheduled optimization tasks.. This position reports to the Senior Director, Global FP&A and is part of the Finance team located in Brea, CA and will be an on-site role. In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Completing month‑end close processes and responsibilities to support timely and accurate financial consolidation and reporting Executing system data loads and validation to ensure data integrity and consistency across different financial systems (e.g. EPM, OneStream and Oracle) Maintaining financial systems through metadata/dimension updates, report/template refreshes, logic and security maintenance, and scheduled optimization tasks. Performing compliance and controls activities, including month‑end controls, audit logs review, SOx support, quarterly system reconciliations, and access review Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot variances, resolve data issues, update system dimensions, and provide user support

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in financial systems, consolidations, computer science, or accounting fields with 5+ years experience OR Master's degree in field with 3+ years OR Doctoral degree in field with 4+ years experience.
  • Strong technical and analytical skills in data integrity checks, system validations, and cross-systems troubleshooting.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines with strong attention to detail, while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced close and reporting environment
  • Familiarity with Sox and audit processes, including system access controls and preparation of audit evidence.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and cross‑functionally.

Nice To Haves

  • Working with enterprise consolidation and reporting platforms such as OneStream, and/or EPM
  • Supporting system implementation or upgrades, including user acceptance testing, data mapping and process documentation for financial systems

  • The annual salary range for this role is $110,000 - $130,000.
  • This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
  • This range may be modified in the future.
  • This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
