If the role interests you and you would like to be considered we encourage you to apply! The Senior Financial Analyst will support the Supply Chain Finance Team. Primary responsibilities will include development of analysis to support supply chain business partners, tracking and reporting of key metrics, and execution of critical financial processes (e.g., budget, monthly financial close, standard cost setting, forecast). Other responsibilities include ad hoc analyses and reports for the benefit of supply chain and finance leaders. The person in this role will need to be flexible and prioritize effectively, and will need to work cross functionally with many teams and also independently. Requirements

• Prior experience as a senior financial analyst or financial analyst
• Proficient in spreadsheets, databases and financial software applications such as SAP
• Exhibit intellectual curiosity
• Ability to effectively analyze and evaluate problems
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to establish relationships with business partners for effective results
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment
• Four-year degree in Finance or Accounting
• 3 to 5 years of professional accounting or finance experience

Nice To Haves

• CPA, MBA, or other professional designation, preferred

Responsibilities

• Partner with finance and purchasing/manufacturing/distribution functions, based locally and off-site, to analyze financial results, develop monthly forecasts, and manage risks and opportunities.
• Effectively communicate business trends and recommend solutions on important issues.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and reporting to support the organization’s strategic plan.
• Support and understand new projects that directly impact purchasing and manufacturing/distribution efficiencies
• Provide creative alternatives and recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance
• Assembling and summarizing data to structure sophisticated reports on financial status and risks as it correlates to monthly metrics
• Consult with management to guide and influence long term and strategic decision making
• Drive process improvement and policy development initiatives that impact the function
