About The Position

As a Senior Financial Analyst, Strategic Sourcing, you will be a key business partner to the Strategic Sourcing teams within the Global Supply Chain Finance team. This is a hybrid role, supporting the management and optimization of global spend with suppliers and contract manufacturers across a diverse portfolio of products and brands. You will leverage your financial expertise to drive strategic sourcing initiatives, deliver actionable insights, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3+ plus years of prior related experience.
  • Working knowledge of ERP and Financial reporting systems such as SAP, Hyperion, Essbase.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Prior experience with analytics tools such as Power BI and Alteryx.

Responsibilities

  • Key business partner to the Strategic Sourcing teams supporting the management and optimization of global spend with suppliers and contract manufacturers across a diverse portfolio of products and brands.
  • Leverage your financial expertise to drive strategic sourcing initiatives, deliver actionable insights, and contribute to the overall financial health of the organization.
  • Drive category target achievement for specified categories through cash flow modeling, contract reviews, detailed spend analysis, and vendor negotiation support.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, collaborating closely with Strategic Sourcing teams to support the development and execution of category strategies for specified categories.
  • Develop and deploy scalable processes, playbooks, standardized tools, and reporting capabilities to enhance visibility, improve internal efficiencies, and facilitate achievement of business targets across the sourcing organization.
  • Analyze current and historical trends in key performance indicators for Purchased Components and Finished Goods to inform decision-making, identify productivity opportunities, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner on special projects, key business initiatives, and supplier proposals, providing recommendations and comprehensive financial analysis to inform objective decision-making aligned with category strategies for specified categories.
  • Oversee the cost reduction database, set operating parameters, and facilitate audits for specified categories to ensure compliance.
