About The Position

The Financial Planning & Analysis team is seeking a curious and analytical Senior Financial Analyst to join our Strategic Finance team. This role is unique: it sits at the intersection of traditional FP&A, Investor Relations and Data Analytics. While your primary focus will be financial modeling, forecasting, and business partnering, you will leverage data tools to automate reporting and uncover deeper insights. If you are a finance professional who is eager to learn and transform data into actionable high-value insights, this role is for you.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3–6 years of relevant experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, or Investment Banking
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • Financial Acumen: Strong understanding of the three financial statements, variance analysis, and SaaS/usage-based business metrics (ARR, NRR, Churn)
  • Modeling Wizardry: Advanced proficiency in Excel (Index/Match, complex nested formulas) and ability to build clean, auditable financial models
  • Communication: Ability to distill complex data into clear, concise summaries for senior leadership.
  • Proactivity: You are a self-starter who doesn't just report the numbers but asks "Why?" and "So what?"
  • Curiosity & Aptitude: A strong willingness to learn technical data skills. You don't need to be a data scientist, but you must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and learning new systems

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Netsuite, Adaptive Insights, or Salesforce
  • Experience with Factset and AlphaSense
  • Experience with (or desire to learn) data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or PowerBI. Basic knowledge of SQL is a huge plus. If you don’t know it, you must be excited to learn it to query data independently
  • Exposure to Python for data analysis
  • Experience working at a high-growth technology company

Responsibilities

  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Build dynamic financial models to support strategic initiatives, and ad-hoc projects
  • Business Partnering: Work cross-functionally to build out new processes and improve existing ones for monthly and quarterly customer metrics reporting
  • Dashboards: Partner frequently with the BI team to transition manual Excel reporting into self-service dashboards (e.g., in Looker)
  • Investor Relations Support: Assist with the preparation of materials for quarter-end close and earnings calls
  • Data Integrity: Act as the "guardian of truth" by validating data consistency between systems (Netsuite, Salesforce, and the Data Warehouse). You will investigate variances and flag data quality issues
  • Exploratory Analysis: Use large data sets to analyze customer trends, usage-based revenue patterns, and product adoption to inform your financial models
  • Automation: Identify repetitive reporting tasks and work to automate them, freeing up time for higher-level strategic work

  • We offer a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Family planning, mental health support along with Employee Assistance Program, Insurance (Life, Disability, and Accident), a Flexible Vacation policy and up to 18 days of accrued paid sick leave are there to help support our employees.
