About The Position

We are seeking a skilled Financial Analyst (FA4) to join our Sales Finance Team. This role involves managing and monitoring the weekly Sales Forecast Target (SFT) process. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and possess a proven track record of achieving results.

Requirements

• Self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to manage and work with people.

• Proven experience in improving controls and processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting with 5-10 years of relevant experience.
• Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships and be seen as a valued business partner.

Nice To Haves

• MBA preferred but not required.
• Semiconductor and High Tech industry experience desirable.

Responsibilities

• Manage and monitor the weekly SFT process for the Sales Team.
• Provide leadership and direction to business teams.
• Troubleshoot and analyze complex problems.
• Work cross-functionally, multi-task, and meet deadlines.
• Improve existing controls and processes.
• Provide process and finance training to business partners.
• Collaborate as a trusted business partner within the Sales Team, including interacting with senior executives and their respective management teams.
• Manage all aspects of Revenue for the organization, including but not limited to, weekly SFT forecast, quarterly/annual forecasts, variance analysis, monthly QTD attainment, and management reporting.
• Drive key analysis on Revenue trends and metrics by customers, geography, and Sales Leaders.
• Focus on process enhancements and continuous improvement.
• Support ad-hoc initiatives for Sales Finance.
• Build models in complex systems (PBi/GMPlan).
