About The Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. Regional candidates will have access to our beautiful headquarters located on River Drive in Moline, IL. This facility includes a comfortable office environment with an on-site gym facility. This role is also open to remote candidates in select states. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will read, interpret, and analyze financial statements, asset liability reports, allowance for loan loss, investment reports, and other financial documents. Your role involves providing written and verbal interpretations of trends, opportunities, threats, or abnormalities in financial data. You'll work as part of a functional team to discuss results and develop strategies to address the insights discovered. You'll also collaborate with various team members to implement departmental strategies that promote the attainment of corporate goals.
