Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting with progressive and relevant experience
Ability to build and cultivate strong relationships and be seen as a valued business partner
Exhibits solid communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Team focused with good interpersonal skills
Systems and tools skills required: SmartView, Oracle, Excel, and PowerPoint

Responsibilities

Collaborate as a trusted finance business partner within the R&D org, including interacting with senior executives and their respective management teams.
Manage all aspects of spending for the organization, including but not limited to, expense management, quarterly/annual forecasts, variance analysis, monthly close, and management reporting.
Drive key analysis on expense trends and metrics.
Support R&D consolidation reporting process and quarterly executive package for summarizing and analyzing R&D spending.
Work closely with business partners in utilizing Clarity PPM (project budgeting tool).
Focus on process enhancements and continuous improvement.
Support ad-hoc initiatives for R&D organization.
