Video: Water is why - Evolving for Tomorrow As Sr. Financial Analyst, Global Operations, you will play a pivotal role in advancing the effectiveness of manufacturing financial reporting. By delivering timely and accurate financial analysis, you enable informed decision-making, drive operational efficiency, and enhance financial transparency across our global operations. Your contributions will define success through actionable insights and process improvements that support growth and sustainability. This position is part of the Financial team and is Remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Finance or Accounting
  • At least 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles, with required specific experience in operations/manufacturing & cost accounting
  • Advanced proficiency in financial reporting systems, such as Onestream and Hyperion.
  • Strong financial analysis capabilities, able to identify variations and trends that signal potential risks and drive effective solutions
  • Strong ERP skills (Oracle, SAP, etc)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization is preferred
  • Experience in implementation of financial accounting systems a plus

Responsibilities

  • Consolidate global operations financial results (weekly, monthly, annual)
  • Own and maintain standard reporting templates and tools for Ops Finance related to budgeting, forecasting and KPIs
  • Collaborate with Global Ops Finance and Regional Finance teams to support standard reporting and KPIs, such as regional consolidation, plant reporting, productivity, inventory, & E&O reporting
  • Support Plant Controllers with data related to budgeting, forecasting, headcount reporting, and monthly and quarterly variance analyses
  • Manage the global capital expenditures process, working with functional finance business partners on budget, forecasting and statistical reporting
  • Present financial impacts and insights to senior leadership, translating detailed analysis into clear business recommendations
  • Apply Strong analytical/problem solving skills, strategic thinking and a command of the details.
  • Identify and drive process improvements to improve accuracy, efficiency, and transparency
  • Champion system utilization and automation across reporting processes
  • Participate in and help drive the use of VES and continuous improvement within the Global Ops Finance Organization
  • Challenge existing processes, systems, reports, data analysis and outputs to help implement needed changes to build a best-in-class reporting environment
