As a Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) – Healthcare Technology, you will play a critical role in driving data-driven decisions and supporting business growth.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in FP&A, auditing, or financial consulting
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (or equivalent experience)
• Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and advanced Excel
• SAP experience is a plus
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• MBA, CPA, or ACCA certification preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly forecasts, annual budgets, and multi-year financial plans
• Deliver target/actual/trend analysis and investigate unusual financial or KPI variances
• Partner with business leaders to provide actionable insights and decision support
• Review North America sales and employee commissions, and analyze customer turnover and operational data
• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
• Drive continuous improvement, leveraging automation and best practices to scale finance processes
• Prepare ad-hoc reporting and performance analytics to support strategic initiatives
