We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to join our Enterprise Technology Finance team. This role is ideal for a finance professional who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and is passionate about leveraging data to drive strategic decisions.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial planning, reporting, and analysis.
  • Experience with a large ERP financial systems such as Hyperion and SAP.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft tools (e.g., Excel with Power Query and/or Power BI, Pivot Tables, AI) or other data platforms (e.g., Tableau, SQL, macros).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in capital planning or project management.
  • Preferred fields of study: Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate financial records for the Enterprise Technology capital portfolio in compliance with GAAP standards.
  • Analyze monthly financial results, trends, and key performance metrics.
  • Communicate key drivers behind variances from forecast, budget, and prior year actuals.
  • Support month-end close activities, including journal entries and meeting tight corporate deadlines.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic enterprise and corporate system initiatives.
  • Lead special finance projects and respond to ad-hoc requests from leadership.
