About The Position

Step into the mission-critical and growing Decision Support department. As a Sr. Financial Analyst, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary finance team to analyze and optimize the data integrity processes for the NYP Enterprise. Under the guidance of a designated Data Manager, assume responsibility for maintaining the data integrity of Strata (the hospital's cost accounting system) by performing regular data checks for all facilities (e.g., daily/weekly KPI trends), and documenting changes to data structures and process flows. Primary responsibilities include routine database maintenance and troubleshooting, testing/analyzing/ implementing Strata system upgrade/modifications, compiling/maintaining system and user data documentation. Requirements

• Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related discipline
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Strong data and analytical skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Nice To Haves

• Proficient in Strata/EPSi, EPIC, Lawson
• Proven proficiency in cost accounting design/methodology and previous experience in healthcare preferred but not required
• Knowledgeable in maintaining health care decision support systems or SQL databases
